A full AI staff for your business. I install it with you, and I stay for 90 days.
I'm Alex Chan. You run a practice, a shop or a crew, and you want AI doing real work in the business without you becoming the tech person. I install it with you on a video call, or in person in Los Angeles, and set it up around how your business actually runs. Then I stay for 90 days: 30 on WhatsApp, 60 more by email. Nothing to learn first. You talk to it in plain English. It is called Keywind because a key-wound clock keeps perfect time. It just needs somebody to come back and wind it now and then. For 90 days, that somebody is me.
Two invoices are past due - Dalton at 14 days, Okafor at 9. Polite reminders are drafted and waiting for your yes.
Needs a reply from you
Raj's quote went quiet 12 days ago; a check-in is drafted. Saturday front desk is still open: Dani will cover if you confirm by noon.
Can wait until tomorrow
A new five-star review came in overnight. A thank-you reply is drafted for when you have a minute.
What it takes off your desk,
and what that help costs to hire.
I install an AI chief of staff (one assistant that runs the rest of the staff for you) on the computer you already use, with you on a video call, and I stay with you for 90 days: 30 on WhatsApp, then 60 by email. $2,999 once, plus your own Claude plan, the AI subscription it runs on, about $100-200 a month.
Tick each line whose work lands on a desk in your business today, whether you pay someone for it or it waits for you after hours. Untick any line that does not exist in your business. Each rate is a published US figure, the low end of its range or the government median wage, linked under the card, not a guess about your business.
Plus your own Claude plan, about $100 to $200 a month, paid to Anthropic (the company that makes Claude, like a ChatGPT subscription). No retainer and no monthly fee to me.Plus your own Claude plan, about $100 to $200 a month, paid to Anthropic (the company that makes Claude, like a ChatGPT subscription), and the Engine's four outside services, roughly $25 to $110 a month, paid to them. No retainer and no monthly fee to me.
Year one, all in: $4,199 to $5,399, the Install plus twelve months of Claude.Year one, all in: $5,249 to $7,469, the Install and Engine plus twelve months of Claude and the Engine's services.
The marketing line decides this card: ticked, it shows the Install with the Social Media Engine; unticked, the Install alone. Also in the box, with no hire to compare it to: a weekly review, where the month stands and your top three.
These are typical US hiring rates from the public sources listed below, at the low end of each range or the government median, not a promise about your results, and your market will differ. Keywind does the slice of each job written under it, working with you, and anything it writes waits for your yes. It takes tasks off desks; it does not replace anyone on your team, answer your phone, keep your books or run your ads. The admin line is the government median wage, an employee's pay before payroll tax and benefits; a freelancer's invoice usually runs higher. Your ticks stay in your browser and are never sent to me.
Where these numbers come from- About $1,000 a month, part-time admin help: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Occupational Outlook Handbook, Secretaries and Administrative Assistants, May 2025 wage data, median wage $23.23 an hour, shown here as a 10-hour-a-week part-time hire. That is an employee wage before payroll tax and benefits; a freelancer's invoice usually runs higher.
- $250 a month, lead follow-up and intake: Ruby Receptionists, published pricing, 50-minute plan, their smallest. Prices checked September 2026; the page carries no date stamp, so it is re-checked before each republish.
- From $300 a month, bookkeeping: QuickBooks, How much does a bookkeeper cost in 2026, outsourced bookkeeping subscriptions $300 to $1,500 a month, updated June 24, 2026. The $300 tier is shown.
- From $1,000 a month, marketing agency: Clicks Geek, Marketing Agency Monthly Retainer Cost: 2026 Guide, entry-level retainers $1,000 to $3,000 a month, updated August 29, 2026. The $1,000 floor is shown.
- Checked September 15, 2026. Re-checked before each republish.
You are not installed on day one. You are installed on day 90. For the first 30 days you message me on WhatsApp and you get me, a human, in business hours. For the 60 days after that you email me, Keywind writes the first draft of the answer, and I read and approve every reply before it reaches you, within one business day.
This is not a bonus and it is not an add-on. It is what I mean when I say the install is done, it is inside the price of the Keywind Install, alone or with the Engine, and it is part of why the price goes up after the 25th founding place. The Social Media Engine on its own keeps the 30 days on WhatsApp and not the 60 days by email.
What the 90 days covers, plainly. Fixing or explaining anything I installed for you: WhatsApp for the first 30 days in business hours, then email with a reply inside one business day. What it does not cover: building you new things, standing up a new business line, or other people's software. If you are not sure which one you have got, ask me and I will tell you.
The managers
you haven't hired yet.
Your team stays your team. This adds the managers a small business rarely gets to hire: someone to read the numbers, chase the follow-ups and tell you what to skip. Every one of these is a real part of Keywind. You talk to them by name, in plain English.
Reads every department each week, sets your top 3 priorities, and tells you what to ignore.
you call it: /ceoOwns your funnel, campaigns, and conversion numbers.
/marketing-directorPlans, writes, and publishes your content calendar.
/content-directorTriages your comms, tracks projects, watches your automations.
/ops-directorTracks revenue, contractors, subscriptions, and cash flow.
/finance-directorFilled with people, this chart is more managers than most small businesses ever get to hire. Keywind is $2,999 once, plus the Claude subscription it runs on.
Your day starts with
one plain email.
No program to open. Every weekday Keywind reads your calendar, your inbox and whatever else you connect (invoices, notes), then sends you an email like this one. Anything it writes waits for your yes. The business below is made up; the shape of the email is exactly what you get.
Two invoices are past due. Dalton at 14 days, Okafor at 9. Polite reminders are drafted for both, waiting for your yes.
Needs a reply from you
Raj's quote went quiet 12 days ago. A short check-in is drafted; it is the next thing on this page.
Saturday front desk is still open. Dani said she can cover if you confirm by noon today. A yes to her is drafted.
Can wait until tomorrow
A new five-star review came in overnight. A thank-you reply is drafted for when you have a minute.
Hi Raj, Marcus here at Meridian. We missed you at your discovery call a couple of weeks back - no worries, calendars win sometimes.
When you reached out, you wanted a straight answer on what a regenerative program could actually do for you. You still deserve that answer.
I am holding two slots this week: Wednesday at 10:00am or Thursday at 2:00pm Pacific. Reply with either and you are booked.
And if the timing is just wrong right now, tell me that too. I will close the loop and leave the door open for whenever you are ready.
Marcus
Meridian Wellness Co.
That is the job. In the demo above (fictional data) Keywind notices a lead going quiet and writes the message you meant to send last week. It catches what a full day drops. You stay the one who says yes.
You never have to look at the screen underneath. Your view is the morning email, the dashboard, and an approve button. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can run this.
Curious what happens underneath? (optional)
Why I built this
I run a wellness company and a real estate firm, both in the hours around everything else. This year I went all in on AI. Not the headlines. What it could actually do on a Tuesday afternoon. I did not learn it alone. The foundation came from a mentor who had built it before me. I took what he built, improved it, added the entire content engine, and ran my own companies on the result.
What I could not get past was how few owners will ever get there. Not because they are not capable. Because it is overwhelming, and nobody tells you where to start. That is the part I can fix. I do not send you a download and wish you luck. We set it up together, on a call, on your computer, around how your business actually runs. Then I stay with you while it becomes a habit.
That is the whole reason for the name. I install it with you and come back for 90 days, until it is a habit. After that you know how, and it keeps running on your desk, not mine.
You do not need to become technical.
You need someone to sit with you while you start.
Those were fictional.
These are not.
Real people running Keywind in their own businesses, in their own words, nothing scripted. They bought it under its first name, Clockwork OS, so that is the name you will hear them say. Same product, same me, same 90 days.
Each person's individual experience, in their own words, unscripted. Two of them have a working relationship with us: one trades marketing services for their setup, the other works at an affiliated company. Everyone's output is different, and anything they mention producing is what they produced, not a typical or expected result. We make no claim about income, revenue, or hours saved.
Start with the free guide.
Where do I start with AI? is a plain-English guide I wrote for owners who feel a step behind and are tired of being sold to. A 15-minute worksheet finds the first task worth handing off, and a 12-minute audiobook, read by me, covers it on the drive home. It opens the moment you sign up; no waiting on an email. After that, at most two short notes from me personally; reply "stop" and it stops. Nothing holds a place for you until you buy; the founding price runs until all 25 places are gone.

I keep your details to reply to you; nothing is sold or shared. Privacy.
When you're not sure,
the board argues it out.
Your staff executes. Your boardroom pushes back. Type one decision and seven codified advisors - The High-Ticket Closer, The Offer Engineer, The Attention Strategist, The Funnel Architect, The Performance Coach, The Direct-Response Veteran, The Pricing Strategist - each apply their own frameworks and are forced to surface where they disagree. A board that always agrees with you is a mirror, not a board.
"Forty quotes went quiet at Meridian. Should they hire a second salesperson to chase them - or automate the follow-up first?"
Automate the follow-up sequence first - this week.
A hire ramps for 90 days while the forty quotes go cold. The sequence works them tomorrow morning.
Automate the chase - keep the close human.
A premium sale still ends in a conversation. Let the system book the call; a person takes it from there.
Wrong question. Why is nobody following up NOW?
Name the standard first - a tool bolted onto a team that tolerates silence will be ignored by Friday.
This is the actual product arguing - the boardroom ships inside Keywind as one of its 71 skills. You call it with /boardroom and one plain-English sentence. Advisory only - it argues, you decide, and nothing it inspires goes out without your approval.
Done with you,
in five steps.
The brief is waiting. Calendar, pipeline, cash, what to ignore. You read it with coffee.
You type one question in plain English: "How's the business doing, and what should I focus on?" Three departments report back in a minute.
It flagged a lead going quiet and already wrote the save message. You tap approve. It sends.
The weekly review lands: what moved, what didn't, what to ignore next week.
Your whole job is three verbs: ask, read, approve. It handles the rest.
Messages it writes for you wait for you. The email, the text, the DM, the post: it drafts, you read, and nothing goes out until you approve it on your dashboard. It waits for your yes before it deletes your files, too.
Refunds and payouts it will not run at all, even if you ask. Your passwords and logins are off limits to it.
You choose how often it checks with you when it is set up. How often is the only thing that changes.
This is about what it will and won't do without you. It isn't a security product, and it makes no promise about the rest of the software on your computer.
Running it around a day job works - the brief is there before work, approvals take two minutes at lunch.
Done with you.
Not dumped on you.
This is the Keywind Install. Not a zip file and good luck. I install it with you live on a video call or in person in Los Angeles, or I handle it end to end for you, then set it up around your actual business and stay reachable while it becomes a habit.
Everything on this page: paid once. No retainer, no monthly fee to me.
Every install is done personally, by me, on a call with you. I can do about four a week, and that is what caps this at 25 founding places, not a countdown clock. After the 25th, each tier goes to the full price shown on its card.
Founding price. Goes to $5,999 once the 25 founding places are gone.
- Everything in the Keywind Install
- Plus the full Social Media Engine - content board, auto-finished reels, voice learning, one-key posting
- One install call covers both, same white-glove treatment
- 90 days included: 30 on WhatsApp with me, then 60 by email, every reply read and approved by me before it reaches you.
- Save $249 vs buying separately
Or pay $3,649 by Zelle - save $100 (below). Access code by email within 1 business day (details under How to buy). We book the install call after your questionnaire, when your Keywind is built.
The Engine needs four outside services, signed up in your name: Airtable (the content board) holds your posts, Zernio (the posting tool) puts them out automatically, ElevenLabs (voice cloning) reads your scripts in your own voice, and Higgsfield (video generation) makes the AI video. Roughly $25 to $110 a month in total, paid to them, not to me. Which of them you want is your call, and skipping one only costs you what it unlocks. I set them up for you on the install call, so plan for a longer day.
Your card receipt will say "The Bundle - OS Complete + Social Media Engine", the old names. Same thing.
Founding price. Goes to $4,999 once the 25 founding places are gone.
- The full staff: AI chief of staff, department Directors, morning brief, command dashboard, 71 skills
- Installed with you on a video call, in person in Los Angeles, or I handle it end to end
- Configured to your business with you: your verticals, your team, your priorities
- 90 days included: 30 on WhatsApp with me, then 60 by email, every reply read and approved by me before it reaches you.
- Yours forever - plain files in a folder you own, no lock-in
Or $2,899 by Zelle (below). Runs on your own Claude subscription: about $100-200 a month, paid to Anthropic, the company that makes Claude, much like a ChatGPT subscription. Year one, all in: about $4,200 to $5,400 (the Keywind Install plus twelve months of Claude). No agency retainer.
Your card receipt will say OS Complete, the old name. Same thing.
Founding price. Goes to $1,999 once the 25 founding places are gone.
- One recording becomes a month of you - planned, edited, captioned, scheduled
- Content board with two human approval gates; learns your voice from your edits
- Auto-finished reels: captions, b-roll, licensed music; posts through one connection
- Works on its own - the small piece of Keywind it needs to run comes included, installed with you. It does not include the AI chief of staff, the department Directors or the morning brief; those come with the Keywind Install
Or $899 by Zelle (below). Tour the engine →
If we can't get your Keywind installed and running on your accounts together, you get every dollar back. Once it's installed and yours, the sale is final - it's a personalized build of plain files you own.
The full terms, in plain English, before you pay: what you are buying, what you may do with it, refunds, and the limits on it. Two minutes to read.
Your install is finished on day 90, not day one: 30 days on WhatsApp with me, then 60 days by email, where Keywind drafts the reply and I read and approve every one before it reaches you, within one business day. Those 90 days cover fixing or explaining what I installed, not new builds or other people's software. Then nothing changes hands: there is nothing to cancel with me, the files stay yours, and the Claude subscription cancels in one click on Anthropic's site.
Pay by card (fastest) - click Pay by card on your package above. Secure Stripe checkout and an automatic receipt. Your access code comes from me personally, by email, within 1 business day. After 6pm Pacific counts as the next day; weekend orders get theirs Monday. We book the install call after your questionnaire, when your Keywind is built.
Prefer Zelle? Save $100. Card fees on $2,999 are real. Zelle skips them - you keep the difference:
- Send your discounted total via Zelle - $2,899 (the Keywind Install), $899 (Engine), or $3,649 (Install + Engine). Recipient shows as KIN, that's correct
- Email your receipt to alex@getkeywind.com with which package you bought
- Get your access code - from me personally, by email, within 1 business day. A receipt sent after 6pm Pacific counts as the next day; weekend receipts get theirs Monday. We book the install call after your questionnaire, when your Keywind is built
Already bought? Owners: start here - the access code from your purchase email opens your setup questionnaire.

alex@getkeywind.comStill asking why not
just Claude Code?
Fair question, honest answer. Claude Code is the engine, and the engine is excellent. Here is the exact prompt from the demo above, typed into stock Claude Code in an empty folder.
Nothing in Keywind is proprietary. Skills, subagents, hooks, memory, and scheduling all exist in stock Claude Code - you could build every piece of this yourself. Keywind is those same stock features pre-built, pre-wired, and configured to your business. Builders who would enjoy those 250-400 hours should build; it's a fine choice. Operators who want the company, not the construction project, buy it installed.
DEMO DATA - FICTIONAL BUSINESS
One screen. Pipeline, cash, content, and the decisions waiting on you. It opens itself at the end of install day.
The questions everyone asks.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You type questions in plain English, the way you would text a good employee: "What is on my plate today?" or "Write back to the customer who is waiting." It answers in plain English too.
I set it up with you on a video call. I drive, you click, and nothing gets installed that you have not watched me do. If your office manager, or whoever runs your software, wants to sit in, bring them. Two people on the call is fine with me.
If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can run this. Jen was not technical either, and she had it running in under an hour. Watch her say it.
What can it do without asking me?
You decide that in the setup questionnaire after you buy, and you confirm it again on install day. Your answer changes how often it stops to check with you. It does not change what it is allowed to do.
The three answers are: check with me before it changes anything (cautious); check with me on the things that matter (balanced), which is the one we set up by default; or let it run, and tell me what it did (autonomous).
You switch between them by saying the name. "Go to autonomous mode", "back to balanced", "cautious mode". Asking to be interrupted more happens straight away. Going the other way asks you once, then does it. It never moves the setting on its own, and it never moves it because something it read told it to.
Whichever you pick: messages wait on your dashboard until you approve them, it waits for your yes before deleting your files, your passwords and logins are off limits to it, and refunds and payouts it will not run at all, even if you ask.
That is a rule about how Keywind behaves. It is not antivirus, and it does not change anything else on your computer.
What exactly happens after I pay?
Your access code comes from me personally, by email, within 1 business day. After 6pm Pacific counts as the next day; weekend orders get theirs Monday. You fill in the setup questionnaire - 30 to 60 minutes, save as you go. Your Keywind is built from your answers within 2 business days, and that delivery email is where we book the install call. Then we install together on a video call, or in person if you are in the Los Angeles area, and your 90 days begin: 30 days on WhatsApp with me, then 60 days by email.
What if I get stuck?
Your install is not finished on day one. It is finished on day 90, and that is what you are buying.
Days 1 to 30. You message me on WhatsApp and a human answers, in business hours, on install and configuration questions.
Days 31 to 90. You email me. Keywind drafts the answer, I read it and approve it, and it comes back within one business day. Nothing goes out with my name on it that I have not read.
What those 90 days cover. Fixing or explaining anything I installed for you. Not building you new things, not standing up a new business line, not other people's software. If you are not sure which one you have got, ask me and I will tell you. This is inside the price of the Keywind Install, alone or with the Engine; the Social Media Engine on its own keeps the 30 days on WhatsApp.
Day to day, the fastest fix is usually Keywind itself: describe what you see in plain English and it walks you through. Owners also get a written guide covering the common bumps - it unlocks with your access code.
What does it cost to run?
Two things. First, a Claude subscription, about $100-200 a month, paid to Anthropic, the company that makes Claude. It runs all of Keywind; there is no second usage bill on top of the subscription. Start on the $100 a month plan and move up only if it tells you that you have used the week's allowance; upgrading is one click.
Second, only if you buy the Social Media Engine, on its own or with the Install: the Engine needs four outside services before it can do what it does. Airtable (the content board) holds your posts, Zernio (the posting tool) puts them out automatically, ElevenLabs (voice cloning) reads your scripts in your own voice, and Higgsfield (video generation) makes the AI video. You open the accounts in your own name and pay them directly, roughly $25 to $110 a month in total, paid to them, not to me, and which of them you want is your decision. I set them up for you on the install call. The Keywind Install on its own needs none of them. Anything else it plugs into, like your CRM or your calendar, is a tool you already pay for.
Want a personal plan check? There is a 20-second one at the bottom of this list.
Is my data safe?
Three honest layers.
The AI service (Anthropic). To think, Claude sends your message plus the files it opens for that task - only what it opens, never your whole drive. On consumer plans (Pro and Max), training on your data is off by default; the claude.ai Data privacy controls page is the source of truth.
Backup. Keywind backs up to a private GitHub repo, invisible to everyone except people you invite.
Passwords and logins. They are off limits to it, and no setting you pick changes that. They sit in a folder outside Keywind, not inside it.
Agents, skills, routines - what is the difference?
Think of it as hiring.
An agent is the worker. You give it an outcome - "re-engage the leads that went quiet this month" - and it plans the steps, picks its tools, and works until the job is done or it needs your yes. In Keywind, the CEO and every Director are agents.
A skill is the recipe. The written way a job gets done, so it comes out the same every time. The morning brief is a skill. Agents follow skills the way a good hire follows your playbook.
A routine is the alarm clock. A schedule that starts the work without you asking - the brief fires every weekday before you sit down. A routine decides when something runs, never what it is allowed to do.
Most things sold as "AI agents" are really one fixed workflow: same steps every time, no judgment. Keywind gives you all three layers working together - and whichever layer is working, anything that leaves the building still waits for your approval.
Why not just use Claude on its own?
One line: Claude Code is the engine, and Keywind is the trained company on top of it. The honest comparison is right above.
Which Claude plan? (a 20-second check, optional)
I tell owners to start on the $100 a month plan and move up only if they hit the ceiling.
Keywind runs on your own Claude subscription. Answer two things and see which plan fits your week.
Briefs, Directors, content drafting - the normal Keywind day.
Each bar shows how much of that plan's weekly allowance your week would use. Estimates calibrated from real usage data (July 2026); allowances belong to Anthropic, are not published quotas, and can change. Start lower if unsure - upgrading takes one click, the day you feel the ceiling.
